HOW IT WORKS

Step-By-Step

    PROVIDE DELIVERABLES

    Complete a short questionnaire to provide us with info, like your art brand colours and typical newsletter content, to help us craft your templates.

    DESIGN OF TEMPLATE

    Next we’ll create one long email template that you can chop and change in Canva. We’ll make the layout simple, mobile‑friendly and most importantly, editable.

    REVIEW AND REQUEST

    We’ll send you a first draft of the template so you can make two rounds of changes, request tweaks to colours or content structure.

    FINAL TEMPLATES

    Once you’ve approved, we’ll send you the link to the final version of your custom email newsletter template which you can open up in Canva and edit freely.

    EDIT AND UPLOAD

    Once you’ve inserted your new content, download your edited template as an image to upload into whatever email platform you use. We’ll provide a short PDF to help you use the Canva template.
