Art Website in a Week Process

  • DAY ONE: Sunday

    PREPARATION

    Complete your questionnaire and upload all website copy, images and brand assets by 11:59pm. This questionnaire and content deadline ensures we can begin building your website first thing on Monday.

  • DAY TWO: Monday

    DESIGN & BUILD

    We'll spend the day designing and building your website, creating a bespoke layout with carefully selected fonts, colours and styling that reflects your brand.

  • DAY THREE: Tuesday

    FIRST LOOK

    By midday, you'll receive the first version of your website. Take the afternoon to review it and submit any small revision requests.

  • DAY FOUR: Wednesday

    REVISIONS

    We'll come together for a feedback call on Wednesday to discuss your website. I'll complete your agreed revisions throughout the afternoon, keeping everything on track for launch.

  • DAY FIVE: Thursday

    FINALISATION

    Your website will be fully polished, mobile-optimised and ready for your domain connection and Squarespace subscription.

  • DAY SIX: Friday

    LAUNCH

    Once the final payment has been received, your website will be ready for launch, and you'll shortly receive your Handover Guides so you can confidently manage your new website.

The Process

  • PREPARATION

    We can’t build your site without the images of your amazing work and the words to go with it, so the waiting time gives you the chance to gather all your art website content. During this Preparation stage, we’ll also provide you with a questionnaire to help us get to know you better and understand your web design needs.

  • MOOD BOARD STAGE

    We’ll have our first project call during the Mood Board stage, where you get to clarify your vision even further, just to make sure we’re on the same page as you. After that, we’ll begin the design process, starting with the Mood Board, where you’ll have the chance to make any big changes to key design ideas for your site.

  • WEBSITE STAGE

    This is the stage where you can sit back and relax. By this point, you will have submitted all of your website copy and artwork images, meaning you can get back to the easel and finish up that painting. This stage typically takes a week, so you won’t have to wait long before seeing the first preview of your dream site.

  • REVISIONS

    Before you launch, we need to make sure your website is exactly what you envisioned, if not even better. So a couple of revision rounds are built into the project so you can review and revise your site. Your site will be mobile optimised at this stage, along with your domain and all your forms connected!

  • LAUNCH

    It’s time to launch your site. This part needs no explanation, although it will feel like a miracle you’ve managed to get your dream art website finally up and running. It’s time to get your website out in the open and welcome visitors in!
