We hope you will want to hire us after our call! Send us an email to confirm your project and we’ll send you everything to you need to get started including: the Shrub agreement, an invoice for the first payment, your Client Package and a Design Questionnaire to help us get to know you better.

The Design Questionnaire is an in-depth questionnaire that will help both yourself and us understand you as an artist and the vision and goals you have for your new website. At the end of the Design Questionnaire, submit your availability for a Design Call where will go over your questionnaire.

The Design Call lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. We’ll have gone through your Design Questionnaire and will ask questions during the call to further clarify our understanding of your vision. By the end of the call, we will both be on the same page, ready to bring your site to life.

Up until your Design Date (the Web Creation stage), you will have time to gather all your website content - copy, images and product information.

Straight after your Design Call, we’ll start creating your Mood Board. After 3 days of rapid revisions we will have arrived at a Mood Board that perfectly matches your desires and the vision for your new art website.

Now the magic begins. You can sit back and relax while we get hard to work on creating your beautiful brand new art website.

Once your website is complete, we will give you two opportunities to review and request alterations to your site. After two rounds of revisions, we will present to you your final, ready-to-launch website and will request your final payment.

Your brand-new art website is here! You can launch it to the world and allow people to explore your art, enticing everyone from collectors to collaborators. We’ll provide complimentary social media images to promote your new site, and a Handover Guide so you can continue to update and manage your site easily and independently.
