No. We only work with Squarespace, for now, because we believe it’s one of the more user friendly and ethical (as far as we know) website platforms out there that enable us to create sleek, modern and well structured websites to serve most artist and their needs.

No, you can start the project without one. We can give you a little bit of guidance if you don’t have a domain name already, then, before the site is finished you can purchase a domain with a provider of your choice.

We recommend trying out Squarespace for free to get a feel for the platform. Once you start managing you’re own finished website and you’ve gone through the video guides we give you at the end of the project you’ll quickly get the hang of how to use it.

Don’t you worry about that. We’ll provide you with video that will take you through, step-by-step, how to manage, edit and update your new Squarespace website.

If you feel like it will still be reach trying to get to grips with Squarespace or you just won’t have the time to update it , we provide ongoing monthly subscriptions, so you can reach out to us to help when you need after the project is over.

Edits to your site once the project is over isn’t part of any of the packages. However, you can pay monthly to receive our help if you need any edits made after the project.

If you have a Squarespace website already, that’s perfectly fine. If you let us know what plan you’re currently on we can provide you with the correct next steps.

Don’t worry, we believe Squarespace is one of the easiest website platforms to get to grips with. Plus, we provide handover video guides, so you’re not left out in the cold after we’ve fully built your website, you’ll still of course need to know how to make updates and edits.

If you know video guides still won’t work for you, you can subscribe monthly to get out help when you need it.

No, the costs for Squarespace plans aren’t included in any of our package prices.

Yes, all your artwork is safely stored on the Google Drive and computer of your Designer, Emelia, who has sole access to both. The Agreement you will accept before beginning project includes clauses that protect your assets which the Designer must and will adhere to .

No, you must provide all the written content you wish to see on your website. We make an exception for Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages (a Privacy Policy page is obligatory if you’re collecting any data) which we recommend having to protect yourself. We can provide the copy for these two pages, so you don’t have to figure out what important stuff you need to have in there.

Our website projects take 2 weeks, not including the time for you to gather all your images and write all your copy. Because of that, we can only serve a limited number of artists each month. We would love for you to join our waiting list, that way, by the time you have everything ready for us, we’ll be ready to make your website for you.
